The best Thai restaurant in DFW now has an awesome beer brewmaster

Following the opening of their second location in Southlake, Braden and Yasmin Wages, the chef/owners  of Malai Kitchen, already run the two best Thai restaurants in town. Now, they are getting boozily better.

Because they now have a brewmaster to oversee Malai Kitchen’s house beer program. The dude is Matt Reynolds,  a 2011 University of North Texas mechanical and energy engineering graduate with a passion and home brewing background strong enough to join the Wages’ team.  Reynolds will oversee Malai’s Southeast Asian-inspired brews
