Cheesemaker Paula Lambert and Her Dallas Mozzarella Company Win at American Cheese Society Competition
Cheesemaker Paula Lambert and her Dallas Mozzarella Company won 5 ribbons for their Mozzarella Company cheeses at the American Cheese Society Judging this weekend in Seattle (1st place: Goat’s Milk Ricotta, Queso Blanco with Chiles, and Pecan Praline Mascarpone Torta. 2nd place: Hoja Santa Goat Cheese. 3rd place: Queso Oaxaca.)
