Feed Me/Wine Me: Nosh Wine Dinner June 28 Features Quintessa Wines
Chef Avner Samuels’ Nosh Eurobistro is teaming a four course menu with wines from the Quintessa portfolio at a dinner on Tuesday, June 28.
The menu, from Nosh execuchef Jon Stevens , includes gazpacho, rabbit, Kobe meatballs and lamb. The wines, too, are equally compelling: Flowers chard and pinot, Faust Cab, Quintessa cab. $148 ++. Reservations 214-528-9400.
