Chefs to Teach Cooking Classes at the Dallas Farmers Market


The Dallas Farmers Market Friends and  the DFW Chapter of the American Institute of Wine and Food will again jointly present a series of  cooking classes taught by Dallas chefs and held at the Dallas Farmers Market. All of the classes run from 11:30 am till around 1 pm at the Market Resource Center at  the market.

Here’s the lineup:

January. 21– Tiffany Derry of Private Social
January 28– Salvatore Gisellu of Urban Crust (soups)
February 4– Pete Harrison of Dakota’s
February 11– Abraham Salum of Komali & Salum
February 18– Kent Rathbun of Abacus, Jasper’s, Blue Plate Kitchen

Classes cost $25 advance, $30 at the door.
