Richard Blankenship Will Be Executive Chef of Nick and Sam’s Grill Park Cities

Richard Blankenship, former Charlie Palmer at the Joule alum, will be the executive chef of the Nick and Sam’s Grill Park Cities planned for the Nicola’s Ristorante Italiano space south of Northwest Highway at Preston Road, confirms Samir Dhurandhar, top toque at Nick and Sam’s Steakhouse in Uptown Dallas. The new grill will offer steaks, chops, seafood but will offer many different menu items from the original Nick and Sam’s Grill in Uptown, says Dhurandhar.   The new Grill is slated to open in October.
