Tacos & Avocados, New Resto From Chef Jason Baso
Jason Baso has converted his Cowboy Chow in Roanoke into Tacos & Avocados, a fast-casual taco joint that also serves eight different frozen Margaritas (ginger-peach and watermelon-mint sound pretty swell).
On the menu: made-to-order guacamole, roasted corn elotes, from-scratch tacos (fish tacos, rib-eye steak with bacon-onion marmalade and Bleu cheese) and $1 paletas for dessert.
T&A (nice, huh?) opened September 17. Love the neon sign, too.
