Two new restaurants, FM Smokehouse and Rodizio Grill, Will Open in Irving’s Las Colinas
Two new restaurants are scheduled to open in Las Colinas this March: FM Smokehouse, from the husband-and-wife team of Brian and Christi Rudolph, who also own the Holy Grail Pub in Plano, and Rodizio Grill, a new-to-Texas Brazilian steakhouse from Irving residents Ravi and Pinky Godhia.
FM Smokehouse is taking over the former Bennigan’s at Highway 114 and MacArthur Bouleveard. What’s on their menu? Bacon-injected brisket, beer can chicken, beef short ribs, beef tenderloin and house made hot dogs, chicken fried steak, fried turkey breast, chili, and frito pie, plus rotating specials of smoked meats and seafood. Sounds a lot like the Ranch at Las Colinas, right across the street. Everything’s billed as made-from-scratch. 37 craft draft beers (20 from Texas).
Rodizio Grill is opening adjacent to FM Smokehouse.
