Daniel Tarasevich Named Executive Chef of Second Floor Bistro at Westin Galleria Dallas

Daniel Tarasevich has been named the new executive chef at The Second Floor Bistro  at the Westin Galleria Dallas. Tarasevich replaces Joel Harloff, who left in January.

“We welcome Daniel and his diverse cooking background to The Second Floor,” says owner and Chef Scott Gottlich, who also owns the restaurant Bijoux in Dallas.

Tarasevich most recently worked at Tillman’s Roadhouse in Fort Worth. Prior to Tillman’s, Tarasevich worked at The House of Blues, Sushi Samba, and Charlie Palmer.

Says Tarasevich: “I have been trying to work with Chef Scott since I moved to Dallas when my wife and I dined at Bijoux.”
