Tim Byres and Smoke Restaurant All Over Food & Wine Magazine

Tim Byres and his Smoke restaurant get a multi-page story in the June issue of Food & Wine Magazine, penned by Houston Chronicle restaurant critic (and three-time Beard Award winner) AlisonCook. Great read. So many recipes, you’ll wish the photos were scratch and sniff.

The story coincides with the release of Byres’ new cookbook, “Smoke: New Firewood Cooking,” which should definitely be on your kitchen counter. (You can read my review of Byres’ cookbook in the current issue of 360 West Magazine.)
