Town & Country Magazine Chooses Eddie Eakin’s Boulevardier Cocktail as Their Signature Sip

The editors of Town & Country Magazine solicited recipes from well-known bars and restaurants from around the country, then assembled a panel of cocktail experts at Harding’s in New York City to rank them. Eddie Eakin, who runs the bar at EscapeHatch fave Boulevardier, had the winning cocktail out of all the national contenders.

Now, Boulevardier serves the “Town & Country” cocktail. $11. The ingredient list includes Bulleit bourbon, Carpano Antica Formula vermouth, Crown Maple dark amber syrup and Bar Keep apple bitters.

Nice job, Eddie Eakin, Brooks Anderson Bradley Anderson Nathan Tate. Oh, and Lindsey Miller!
