Toko V, new sushi-centric restaurant in Highland Park Village, set to open Thursday, October 3

Toko V, the sushi-centric restaurant taking shape above Village Kitchen in Highland Park Village shopping center, plans to open for dinner on Wednesday, October 5, says an insider who knows such things. UPDATE: A delay in receiving city permits has pushed the opening back one day, to Thursday, October 6.

Andre Natera will oversee both Toko V and Village Kitchen, which opened recently as the successor to fancy -shmancy Marquee Grill, which never caught on with the shopping center crowd.
