Hot Date: SER, the steakhouse atop the Anatole Hotel, to host 5-course Veuve Clicquot Champagne dinner on December 12

SER, the steakhouse atop the Anatole Hotel in Dallas, wants to be taken SERiously. So seriously, they’ve decided to change their name host a Champagne dinner with real Champagne. You know, the bubbles from Champagne, France.

“Veuve with a View” is a 5-course dinner menu “inspired by La Grande Dame,” the top tier of Veuve Clicquot’s bubble line. The dinner’s $169 inclusive of tax and gratuity. How’d they pick $169? Maybe the same way they picked the name SER.

The dinner is Thursday, December 12, with a reception at  6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7. Gotta RSVP by December 11 so there will be enough bubbles to go around.
