In-N-Out: Barman Sean Connor leaving Whiskey Cake, chef Gmo Tristan leaves Boulevardier for FT33


Sean Connor, the barman behind the crafted cocktails at Whiskey Cake and Mexican Sugar, is moving on. No word yet what Connor, one of my favorite intoxicologists has up his sleeve, but I’m betting he will be successful.

Guillermo “Gmo” Tristan, until recently the sous chef at Boulevardier, is now in the kitchen at Matt McCallister’s FT33.
