D.J. Quintanilla, chef/owner of Resto Gastro Bistro, to appear on Alton Brown’s Cutthroat Kitchen

D.J. Quintanilla, the chef and co-owner of super-hot Resto Gastro Bistro in Trinity Groves, will be a contestant on the next season of Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen. Quintanilla confirms that he’s heading to LA in mid-April to begin shooting the Alton Brown competition cooking show.
