Cody Sharp leaving Casa Rubia to lead The Standard Pour as new executive chef, will install Southern, Low Country menu

Cody Sharp, the guy behind the guy at Casa Rubia, say he’s accepted the executive chef position at The Standard Pour, replacing Peja Krstic.  Sharp says he’ll be overhauling the Uptown restaurant’s menu over the next few weeks, introducing a Low Country, Southern-inflected  “Husk meets Cochon/Herbsaint” theme.

Sharp’s last day as exec sous chef at Casa Rubia is Sunday, August 10. After that, no telling how those Casa Rubia paellas will turn out.
