Lucia sous chefs Justin Holt and Michael Gibson are striking out on their own this Thursday, August 7, partnering with the self-described “upscale dive bar” Oak Cliff Social Club for a pop-up porchetta dinner.
Headlining the come-as-you-are dinner: porchetta fashioned from a fifty pound Red Wattle pig, plus salsa verde and summer pickles. Justin and Michael start serving at 8 p.m., but get there early, warns the OC Social Club, because once it’s gone, it’s gone.
