“Top Chef” Tre Wilcox wants to cook a private Valentine’s Day dinner for you

Tre Wilcox writes to say he wants to cook for you and 19 of your friends for Valentine’s Day.  For an early Valentine’s Day dinner (it’s for Friday, February 13), Wilcox has put together a meal of “five delicious and sexy courses catered by Chef Tre Wilcox.”

The former Top Chef (and good guy) will come to your house on February 13, bring two servers and provide all the china you need to serve a dinner party in your dining room, assuming you have 12 to 20 friends who are worth $200 each. (You have 16 friends worth $200 each, right?). The set menu includes passed hors d’oeuvres, jumbo lump crab, tuna and hamachi sashimi, lobster black truffle soup and spinach quinoa salad, striped bass with rock shrimp risotto and bacon chive broth, and strip steak.
