Holiday Inn Expresss mobile food truck printing free “Pancake Selfies” in downtown Dallas today

Today is quite the pancake day. First, Original Pancake House says they’re expanding and bringing back pumpkin pancakes. Then Holiday Inn Express rolls into town with a mobile version of their “Stack Station,” a five push-button pancake machine that produces a one-minute “selfie” pancake from images you capture on your mobile phone camera. A laser etches the image  directly onto each pancake. Pretty cool, actually. The nine-city tour begins today in Dallas at Pegasus Plaza at City Center (Sept. 2-4) before continuing on to Austin (Sept. 6-7), Phoenix (Sept. 11-14), San Diego (Sept. 17-19), Long Beach (Sept. 21-22), Los Angeles (Sept. 24-27), San Francisco (Oct. 2-3), Oakland (Oct. 5-6) and Sacramento (Oct. 9-11).
