Pollo Tropical to bring its Caribbean grilled chicken to Lewisville on September 18, followed by Greenville Ave, Plano & Cedar Hill

 is expanding to 12 restaurants in the DFW area and will open its first Dallas-proper location at 4622 Greenville Avenue on September 30. The location will feature PT’s new Caribbean-style prototype design. And on September 18, Pollo Tropical debuts its Lewisville store.

Pollo Tropical is best known for its citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken, Mojo Roast Pork, Grilled Tropical Wings and made-from-scratch sides like rice, beans, Caribbean corn souffle and balsamic tomatoes. In addition to the Greenville Ave. location, Pollo Tropical will open three more locations by year’s end, including:

• Lewisville: opens Sept. 16 at 4650 State Highway 121, with a grand opening celebration from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sept. 18.
• Plano: opens Oct. 14 at 1016 Preston Road, with a grand opening celebration from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Oct. 16.
• Cedar Hill: opens Oct. 28 at 401 N. J. Elmer Weaver Freeway, with a grand opening celebration from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 6.
