Grand opening of Pei Wei in Dallas suburb marks restaurant’s 200th store

Pei Wei CEO Ralph Bower will cut the ribbon on the fast casual chain’s 200th store at 10:30 a.m. today. The newest Pei Wei is located in The Dallas suburb of Richardson. Festivities will include free sushi samples and free t-shirts, which is not exactly what comes to mind when I think of Pei Wei.
