Olivella’s to open in Fort Worth on March 17


Olivella’s Camp Bowie has set an opening date: March 17. For the neapolitan pizza family’s fourth restaurant, owner Charlie Green has tweaked the Dallas Olivella’s menu to better suit the Fort Worth digs. He’s added pasta and a white clam pizza (a la Pepe’s in New Haven), plus more wines and more beers, zeppoli for dessert.

Olivella’s plans to expand to Las Colinas next year.
