McKinney’s top chef is hosting a Texas beer dinner this weekend

I am crazy about chef Robert Lyford’s cooking and Patina Green, the lovely restaurant in downtown McKinney that Lyford owns with his wife Kaci. This Saturday, April 23, Lyford offers a strong reason to check him out.

Saturday night at 7:30, Lyford will host a five-course menu celebrating locally-sourced Texas produce and products paired with seven Texas craft beers. Tickets have to be snatched up in advance, though, by clicking here.  What’s on the menu? Lyford won’t say but promises the surprise will be worth the $90 ticket.
