Wood-fired pizzas, Sriracha-and-beer spiked cheese soup and a triple-grind meatloaf are three featured items on the menu at Bankhead Brewing Company, a new “tank to table” brewery that recently opened in the Dallas suburb of Rowlett.
Co-owner, co-founder and head brewer Ryan Pyle and brewer (and certified Cicerone) Chad Moshier direct the brewing operations. Moshier, a former producer for popular home brew radio shows on web’s The Brewing Network, learned a thing or two about brewing while working under some of San Francisco’s Drakes Brewing and Triple Rock Brewing.
Bankhead co-founder and co-owner Kevin Lefere also owns Zanata restaurant in Rockwall,
