Chad Houser, Cafe Momentum score big with downtown Dallas BBQ fundraiser Sunday night

Cafe Momentum and founder Chad Houser scored another big Sunday night, hosting their fourth annual PItmasters Picnic fundraiser at downtown Dallas’ Thanksgiving Square.

The walk-around eatfest included some fantastic BBQ from some of Texas’ best BBQ luminaries, including Travis & Emma Heim (Heim BBQ), Jeff and Jill Grobowsky Bergus (Lockhart Smokehouse), Tim Hutchins (Hutchins Barbecue), Todd David (Cattleack BBQ), Nick Pencis (Stanley’s Famous), Stephen Joseph (Riverport BBQ) and Matt Dallman (18th & Vine). Glad to see Meat Goddess Alice Laussade and husband Mike there, representing for Meat Fight, and event co-founder Jack Perkins, who recently sold his interest in The Slow Bone barbecue restaurant.
