New dates, additional seats added to John Tesar’s “Spoon” pop-up dinners

Surf-and-turf chef John Tesar tells Hatch HQ that he’s added more seats and more dates to his seafood-centric pop-ups meant to recreate the food he served at his shuttered Spoon seafood restaurant. We told you about the pop-ups here. We told you he’d be offering a Christmas Eve “Feast of the Seven Fishes.” And now he’s added tickets for that feast, plus additional pop-up dates. The original offerings sold out in two days.

“The response has been overwhelming,” said Tesar. “I’m trying to keep the number of seats to 12 or 14 so that I can cook everything myself.”

Tickets to the new offerings are on sale now.
