Uchi chef Jeramie Robison tapped to lead kitchens at Oak, Quill


Uchi chef Jeramie Robison has been tapped as the new culinary director at Oak and Quill restaurants in the Dallas Design District. Both are owned any Apheleia Restaurant Group.

Along with the chef change, Aphelia co-owner Tiffanee Siri Ellman announced by release that Oak has been refreshed with a new color palette and design to mark the restaurant’s fifth anniversary.

Joining Robison is Eric Salzer, Aphelia’s new VP of operations.  Salzer most recently served as director of operations for Free Range Concepts.

“You will begin to see some major changes at Apheleia Restaurant Group – some external and some internal,” Ellman told the Hatch. “We know that these changes will re-energize our concepts and bring a fresh perspective to dining in Dallas/Fort Worth.”
