Mirador, tiny jewel box restaurant in downtown Dallas, adds another important meal

Propped on a picture-perfect corner perch in downtown Dallas, Mirador quietly opened for lunch last month. Now, with a few meals under its belt, Mirador has opened for dinner.

Former FT33/Filament chef Josh Sutcliff and former FT33/Uchi chef Nilton “Junior” Borges are the culinary masterminds in the kitchen. I haven’t been. Nor has anyone I know. You should go test the waters for us and report back.

Mirador’s website is here. The restaurant is located here, on the top floor of splashy new Forty Five Ten and across from The Joule Hotel.
