Big changes at Top Knot, Neighborhood Services and FT33

<span id=”more-19550″>Some big-name changes at high-flying restaurants Top Knot, Neighborhood Services at the Omni Hotel in Frisco and FT33.

Opening chef Angela Hernandez has resigned the top position at Top Knot, the upstairs casual sibling of Uchi Dallas. She’s hopping to the Graham Dodds/Chris Zielke-led resto team opening the Statler Dallas hotel.

Barely open a month, Neighborhood Services restaurant at the Omni Hotel in Frisco has parted ways with its opening chef, Richard Blankenship. No word on where he is headed and the Omni’s outside PR firm has gone eerily silent.

And some wind got knocked out of FT33’s sails with general manager/partner/beverage director Jeff Gregory vacating FT33. FT33’s chef/owner Matt Mccallister and Gregory recently shuttered their Deep Ellum restaurant, Filament.
