Chef Dean Fearing celebrating the 10th Anniversary of his Fearing’s restaurant at Ritz-Carlton Dallas with a “greatest hits” menu launching Thursday, September 7


Hard to believe that good-guy chef Dean Fearing opened his Uptown Dallas restaurant, Fearing’s at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas, ten years ago, but here we are.

To celebrate, the former Mansion on Turtle Creek chef is introducing a special 10th Anniversary menu that debuts this Thursday, September 7. The menu’s special throwback selections will be available to order until the end of September from a special section of the restaurant’s regular menu. Fearing says he selected his favorite dishes from the last ten years, assembling them into a “Reminiscing: 10 Years” menu. Here’s what’s Dean says he’ll be featuring (and the month the item first appeared on the Fearing’s menu):
