Top Knot continues visiting chef series of ramens with Mot Hai Ba on September 25, then Julian Barsotti on October 30

continues its Uncommon Ramen guest chef ramen series on September 25 with featured chef Peja Krstic from Mot Hai Ba at stirring the pot, followed by chef Julian Barsotti from Dallas’ Carbone’s restaurant on October 30 and Chef Gregory Gourdet from Portland’s Departure restaurant on November 27. Don’t like ramen (or if they run out)? The full Top Knot menu will also be available.

$15 ramen. A portion of the proceeds benefit Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
