Plano is getting extra sudsy. Union Bear Brewing joins Unlawful Assembly at Legacy Hall in the brewpub wave hits the Dallas suburb. Union Bear Brewing is located at the intersection of the Sam Rayburn Tollway (121) and the Dallas North Tollway in the Granite Park development.

Union Bear’s onsite brewery makes UB Blonde, Amber, White IPA and Stout, The pubs taps offer 33 taps, cocktails, and wines sold by the glass or bottle. Chef Sean Sanders leads a kitchen whose offerings include appetizers, soups and salads, baked flatbreads, entrees, sandwiches and desserts. Craving a duck leg slider? Me neither, but if you did, UB sells them along with patty melts, beer-braised short ribs, hanger steaks and chicken sandwiches.
