Dish Restaurant in Preston Hollow has closed – and Dallas has lost its best chicken biscuit

Citing “unresolvable concerns with our building and location,” the owners of Dish locked the doors and turned off the burners at their Preston Hollow restaurant earlier today.

That also means we’ve lost the city’s best chicken biscuit, the $5 two-handed monster that chef Taylor Kearney served at Dish’s weekend brunch.

Sigh.
