Free Mile High pie at Norma’s Cafe all day today

is giving away slices of its Mile High pie for free today to celebrate National Pie Day. “All guests will receive a free slice of the cafe’s famous Milk-High Pie, no purchase necessary,” a Norma’s Cafe spokesman tells EscapeHatch. Not sure if the “mile high” refers to the pie’s metaphorical height, a Colorado pedigree or a THC component. Or maybe it’s just a Norma’s thing.

They’re also selling slices of “Birthday Cake Pie,” which benefits The Birthday Party Project, which hosts monthly birthday parties for kids at homeless and transitional living facilities across the country.
