Big Beat Dallas brings 24-hour dining, BBQ, live music and a fancy wine bar to Toyota Music Factory in Las Colinas

Following a weekend of practice sessions, another two restaurants has debuted at the Toyota Music Factory, with four more to open before month’s end. Barbecue, burgers and live blues music are the calling cards of Highway 61, while a 24-hour kitchen and southern dishes are the stars of Texas Jam House. The pair are two of five original restaurants and seven live music stages, a farmers market and outdoor event plaza that comprise Big Beat Dallas. The Hatch HQ staff got a sneak peek of the line-up.

Operated as a single entity with a single liquor license so that guests with drinks in hand can move freely between its venues, Big Beat Dallas plans to be completed in time for its scheduled grand opening party March 29-April 2.

Joining Highway 61 and Texas Jam House are a tequila and taqueria called Bar Manzanilla, a 2,400-bottle wine and whiskey bar called Texas C-Bar, and a classic cocktail bar called Martini Ranch. All the venues are slated to operated daily until at least 2 a.m.

A handful of additional restaurants plus an Alamo Drafthouse cinema are expected to open in April, finally completing the roll-out of the $200M Toyota Music Factory.
