Al Biernat’s steakhouse celebrates 20 years with family style wine dinner tonight

Restaurateur Al Biernat and business partner Brad Fuller are hosting a wine dinner tonight to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their Al Biernat’s steakhouse, and we’re all invited — though you’ll have to act quickly to secure one of the few remaining seats at the family-style dinner. Al Biernat’s North is one of Dallas’ top steakhouses, one I praised lavishly in my recent USA Today steakhouse story.

Fresh tomatoes, burrata, scallop ceviche, halibut, steaks and peach cobbler on the menu tonight, paired with wines that range from Ramey chardonnay to Frank Family Napa cabernet. Though the birthday party is in honor of the Oaklawn original location, tonight’s event takes place at 7 p.m. Al Biernat’s North Dallas location, which can accommodate more diners.
