Summer beer-and-chef series kicks off Wednesday, July 27, with Peticolas beers, chef Jeffery Hobbs’ smoked beef ribs and crazy good fried chicken

Dallas’ Peticolas Brewing Company and RVC Promotions are kicking off a summer beer-and-chef series this week that runs through July 3 and features four chefs and four dinners. First up is a barbecue and beer dinner that’s a steal at $75. On the menu for the Wednesday, June 27 dinner: smoked beef ribs, crispy fried chicken, peach cake with smoked pecan pralines from The Slow Bone’s Jeffery Hobbs, plus four terrific beers from Peticolas Brewing Company. The dinner begins at 7 p.m. (tickets and info here) at Peticolas Brewing Company HQ, 2026 Farrington Street in Dallas.

The next in the series is a “Mexican cook-out” with chef David Pena on June 28 (pulled pork and crispy skin tacos and Four Corners Brewing beers) followed by Hutchins BBQ and Franconia beers on Saturday, June 30 from noon until 3 p.m. The four-hit series wraps up on Tuesday, July 3 with a “Red, white and brew” explosion with Bitter Sisters beers.

I’ve attended a couple of RVC Promotions’ recent events and thought they were terrific – plenty of great food, great beer, and fun people. You can snag all the details and tickets about the Summer Supper Club series here.
