Hutchins BBQ heads to NYC next month – and they want to practice their menu on you


Hutchins BBQ is headed back to cook dinner at the James Beard House next month, but before they hit NYC, Pitmaster Tracy Hutchins wants to practice on you. He and his crew will be offering the same JBH menu with local family and friends – and that means you and me. The Beard dinner is September 14.

Go see what they’ll be serving at this special pre-dinner dinner in Frisco. It’s Thursday, August 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at their Frisco location. The menu will feature a wide variety of their smoked meats and sides paired with Texas beers, wine and cocktails.

Tickets are $55 here. A a portion of the proceeds being donated to the James Beard Foundation.
