New Coffee Shop, Weekend Coffee, Debuts at Joule Hotel

Well, I’m pretty sure this guy isn’t jumping the Nick & Sam’s boat for a new coffee shop at the Joule Hotel, but if he is, Weekend Coffee might be a smart choice.

The new coffee shop opening Wednesday, June 19, at The Joule Hotel will sell coffees made from beans sourced from Seattle-based Victrola Coffee Roasters.  In addition to La Marzocco-brewed espressos, Weekend Coffee will host cupping classes and serve pastries made at the hotel, maybe even by Richie Blankenship.
