Dallas winemakers Craig and Kathryn Hall now own a luxury hotel in Napa
Dallas winery owners Craig and Kathryn Hall of Hall Wineries in both St. Helena and Rutherford have fancied the La Residence Hotel in Napa, rebranding it as the Senza Hotel, a luxury property with views of Napa vineyards.
According to the Halls’ publicist, the property renovations included updates to the eight room historic Parker Mansion built in 1870. Fifteen existing guest rooms have been completely renovated and 18 new suites with private patios have been built for a total of 41 modern luxury rooms.
Guests will be offered complimentary continental breakfast daily by Yountville bakery Bouchon, and an evening complimentary wine and artisan cheese hour from 5-6 pm featuring local wines.
Kathryn Hall served as United States Ambassador to Austria during the Clinton Administration, and Craig Hall is a real estate honcho.
