Chef Norman Grimm no longer chef of Souk in Trinity Groves

Norman Grimm has resigned as executive chef of Souk, the Mediterranean bistro owned by Yaser Khalaf in Trinity Groves. Grimm says he left Souk to pursue other interests, which, apparently, do not include Trinity Groves (he was the opening chef at another TG project, Kitchen LTO). His final day at Souk was March 1. Grimm’s departure marks the second top chef turnover at Khalaf’s restaurant, following the quick exit of Najat Kaanache, Souk’s first chef.
