Uchi’s second story casual restaurant to be called Top Knot, open in 2016

A few months ago, we told you that Uchi was launching a casual Asian restaurant above its Uchi in Uptown. Now, Uchi’ chef/owner Tyson Cole has announced the name for this new concept: Top Knot, The restaurant will marry “a playful Asian-inspired menu with a full bar and a relaxed atmosphere,” the Uchi Restaurant Group says in a press release.

The small plate menu at Top Knot will initially serve dinner only and include a full bar.

No word if the City’s Only Daily has already awarded Top Knot five stars.
