Top Knot, new Uchi restaurant, sets opening date for February 3
<p class=”Normal1″>I told you this was coming and shared spy photos in August. Now, Top Knot, the modern American restaurant with Asian accents from the Uchi group, has set an opening date: Wednesday, February 3. Chef Angela Hernandez created the menu (now that Junior Borges isn’t around to do it), which stars shareable plates. Top Knot’s bar program includes Japanese whiskey, draft beer, sake and wine on tap and cocktails.
