Josh Valentine, Former Top Chef Contestant, Quits FT33, Moves to Oklahoma

Seems former “Top Chef” contestant Josh Valentine has left his pastry chef gig at Matt McCallister’s FT33, heading north to Oklahoma to run a steakhouse, according to a Hatch source who know such things.

Neither McCallister nor Valentine would confirm or comment on the departure, which is never a good thing.
