In-N-Out: Chef Norman Grimm Gone From Nosh


That didn’t last long.

Last week, I wrote. “Grimm’s a SoCal native with serious talent. He’s cheffed at Rubicon,Jardieniere, at a Michelin-starred resto in France, at the old Willow Bend Mercury Grill, and three years at York Street with local F2T goddess Sharon Hage.”  Know where he’s not cooking? Nosh.

A Nosh spokesperson confirms that Grimm is no longer with Nosh.

The opening date of the new Nosh Plano has been pushed back to sometime after Christmas. Jon Stevens will act as chef de cuisine at the new Plano location while Andrew Bell keeps up the pace at the original Oak Lawn Nosh.

    Christian, you’re correct: Norman Grimm is indeed working at Texas Spice, which an employee at the Omni just confirmed. No changes at the top, though. Jason Weaver and Cory Garrison are still running the show.
