Dine with Michael Honig, owner of Honig Winery, at Bailey’s Prime wine dinner February 22


Honig Vineyard and Winery has a long, storied history as one of Napa Valley’s premier wine producers. Founded in 1964 and run since 1984 by Michael Honig, the winery produces some stellar Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauv Blanc.

On February 22, Michael Honig and his wines will be the star attractions at Bailey’s Prime Plus at The Shops at Park Lane for a four-course dinner paired with Honig wines.

Of course, Bailey’s Wine Director, Jennifer Jaco, will be doing the pouring (with a heavy hand, so be prepared!).

Grant Morgan’s menu looks pretty tasty (I don’t have any clue why all chefs think they should Capitalize Every Ingredient, but here it is anyway):
