Boulevardier to Open Tuesday, July 31

The guys behind Dallas wine bar Veritas and Rockwall’s Restaurant Ava will debut Boulevardier, their nod to French Bordeaux and bouillabaisse, on Tuesday, July 31.

The menu for the new Bishop Arts District restaurant is the brain trust of chef Nathan Tate, who ran the kitchen at Restaurant Ava with chef Randall Copeland. Tate will now oversee Boulevardier. Brooks and Bradley Anderson own and operate Veritas.

The menu has a thick, French accent: charcuterie, lobster-saffron bouillabaisse, croque monsieur, niçoise salad, hanger steak, crawfish beignets– even cassoulet.
