The Hatch crew scoped out a VIPreview at Dee Lincoln’s new Steak & Burger Bar in Plano last week, which opened for business Friday. Right now, Lincoln and executive chef Andrew Powers say they have their hands full with SRO dinner crowds, so lunch service won’t start up for a few weeks. In the meantime, the Plano restaurant is already hitting its stride. Lincoln is mum on details, but staff members allowed that additional Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger restaurants are in the works for Fort Worth and Southlake.
