A teenager’s locally raised hog (and bacon bread pudding) will be the main attraction at Cook Hall’s June 25 Swine and Dine dinner


Next Thursday, June 25, chef Vijay Sadhu will be preparing a Swine and Dine dinner from a very special Wilbur. The hog in question, locally raised by a FFA student and future rancher, will be served in a four-course dinner at Cook Hall featuring bacon bread pudding. A portion of the profits will be returned to Haden Smith, the Ellis County kid who raised the pig.
