Del Frisco’s Hosting Honig Wine Dinner Thursday, March 24


execuchef David Holben is throwing down on Thursday, March 24, pairing a four-course menu of nontraditional steakhouse dishes with winery owner Michael Honig’s big wines. Holben’s menu includes sauvignon blanc-citrus poached dover sole with artichokes barigoule (a braised artichoke dish); squab with fennel pollen, spinach, mushrooms and cherry chutney; five spice roasted beef filet with more fennel (roasted this time); and and a dessert. $150 per person, which includes tax and gratuity.
