Pappas Bros. Steakhouse Wine Dinner: Fisher Vineyards California Wines
an iconic Cali Cab producer, is pairing their big wines with big flavors from chef James Johnson during a wine dinner at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse on June 17 24. Leading the tasting that evening will be Master Sommelier (and EscapeHatchDallas contributor) Barb Werley and Fisher Vineyards’ GM, Robert Fisher. Founded in 1973 by Fred and Juelle Fisher, Fisher Vineyards is nestled on the western slope of the Mayacamas Mountains between Napa and Sonoma Valleys.
